It is almost a year since the first meeting of the Cotswold Section took place, so now seems like a good moment to look back over the things we have done in that time. That initial meeting was held at the Roman Court Hotel, Stow-on-the-Wold, on March 2 2005. And much to the relief of the newly formed Section committee it was a huge success with over 30 AROC members attending. With this amount of support behind us we could start planning events for the forthcoming season.

The first outing of the season was not really a Section event at all. Committee members Richard Morris and Matthew Willmott went along to the Alfaholics Trackday as spectators at Castle Combe on April 9 and had a very pleasant day. In 2006 we hope to tempt a few more Cotswold members to join us. Bring a chair and a picnic. It s free to spectate!
