AROC Magazine October 2013

This year is the 50th anniversary of the Giulia Sprint GT launch and this landmark Alfa Romeo is featured in our latest magazine.

There is a road test of a unique 33 Sportwagon and Project GTV sees the start of a 916 being prepared for road and track.

At the end of the summer season there are event reports for National Alfa Day, Mitcar, Southern Alfa Day and several other club gatherings.

Alfa racing is featured at Mallory Park and our regular contributors have plenty of stories to tell, plus a 3000 mile trip in a 159.

2014 will see the 50th anniversary of AROC.

There is less than a week left to get your entries in for our competition to come up with a design for a special logo to commemorate this milestone in the Club's history.

The inaugural Southern Alfa Day as been hailed a success by the organisers and visitors alike.

Organised by the AROC Surrey Section, held on Sunday 8th September at Painhill Park in Surrey, just under 150 cars were in attendance ranging from a 1900 through to an 8C Competizione; how many other 'noses' can you identify from the photograph!
