Club News

Regulalry updated news of what's happening in the Alfa Romeo Owners Club.

Just a reminder that the Club Discount Code offer closes on 31st May, so if you want to come and join our infield display area you will need to book tickets before then.

Saturday 10th May 2014 saw the beginning of the 50th anniversary celebrations for the AROC at Boughton House.

With just under 450 Alfa Romeos on display, ranging from pre-war right through to the current models, there was plenty of variety to keep the Alfisti busy through the day. Event sponsor Motorvogue of Northampton brought along a right hand drive 4C, which was the first time many members had experienced this beautiful new model in the flesh.

AROC Magazine April 2014

Our lovely front cover is taken from an oil painting by Andrew Kitson of Willie Green winning at the 2003 Goodwood Revival in Said Marouf’s 1965 TZ2 and it sets the tone for a magazine full of good things.

As 2014 sees the 50th anniversary of the Alfa Romeo Owners Club, we are planning a big weekend as the main celebration, which will be held at two venues over the weekend of 10th and 11th May, offering a diversity of activities for you all to enjoy.

Tickets for the Silverstone Classic on 25/26/27 July are now on sale direct from

AROC Magazine February 2014

AROC Magazine February 2014

In our first issue for 2014, foreign climes feature widely.  We have road trips in Italy, France and the Pyrenees, Concours Alfas at Pebble Beach and three Alfas being shipped out to Israel.  As well as the history of the badge, we also have the story of the very first Alfa Romeo and then to bring us back up to date we have a Buyers’ Guide to the 156 and a driver’s eye view of the current Giulietta.

All this and Registers, Sections and our other regular columnists.

As ever, a good read.

Once again AROC will have a stand at the RIAC Classic Car Show in Dublin.

Being held on the 1st and 2nd March 2014, this is being hailed as the biggest indoor event in Ireland.

Our stand has been orgainsed by the AROC Ireland Section and this year will feature a  Giulia Sprint (1960’s), a Mk2 Spider (1970’s) and a GTV6 Chaparral (1980’s).

If you are in Ireland on these dates, please do come along and visit our stand !
