In these unprecedented times, the AROC Board has remained hard at work and has been monitoring the nationwide situation as well as adapting what your Club has to offer whilst under national lockdown.

National Alfa Day is the flagship event for our Club and it is important that it is properly organised, financed and supported by sponsors and members alike. The thought is that 5th July will be too soon and that Government restrictions could well still be in place for this size of event. This would of course have a detrimental effect on the ability to organise the event and obtain the necessary commitment for a successful day. Following much discussion, AROC has made the difficult decision to postpone National Alfa Day until 2021 to allow the organisers, our sponsors and members to plan accordingly. All being well, it will return bigger and better than ever at Bicester Heritage next year.

In the meantime, should restrictions on movement and socialising be lifted sufficiently by this Autumn, we will investigate options for one or two events this year depending on dates and availability. No doubt there will be a sudden rush in demand! We will keep you updated on these and hope you wish to come and join us. Additionally, we will be supporting as many of the third-party events as we are able around the country.

We will provide updates on the situation as Government advice is published on our dedicated page HERE.

To help keep you occupied in the meantime, we have a number of additional online Club activities being organised. These currently include:-

Please keep a look out as further announcements are made regarding events and the development of online plans.

In the meantime, stay safe and we hope you can join in with our online activities.
